At Little Love Bug Co., we want you and your little ones to love every step in our footwear. If you aren't completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original box.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
